Teaching methods of the teacher that you observed

      The indonesia teacher who I had the chance to observed has a basic teaching method. By Teacher Rini, my mentor teacher. It made me excited because mathematics is a difficult subject to teach. and can make students bored But Teacher Rini makes sure that the students are never bored. Why? Because she is kind to the children and always smiles. And she makes math easy, By The teacher greets the students and prepares them to teach the content. The teaching method of the teacher is different from that in Thailand. The mathematics subject will be at a difficult level. But in Indonesia, mathematics is made to a simple level. By teaching from easy to difficult. and has exciting techniques To make students enthusiastic and not make the students bored. at the conclusion stage, at the end of the class teacher rini will have the students summarize and have the students brainstorm. Sources of learning and technology used by the teachers

     Teachers have used mathematics learning resources from books. Indonesian Mathematics Teacher's Manual from the Indonesian Ministry of Education. And teaching teachers will be an introductory step, a teaching step, and a summary step by introducing it into the lesson. students inside classroom can learn using a group work By the advantages that I have seen from group work They did a great job brainstorming ideas. and make them all knowledgeable And most importantly, I saw unity in the group, where they worked together and divided the work clearly. And there isn't anyone who doesn't have a job. and have students take notes on important topics. and summarizing the content learned at the end of the lesson. 

With the following topics:

1. What knowledge did students gain during today's study? (I give them a Open-ended question They can answer what they learned in class that day.)

2. Giving one linear equation problem with 2 variables to test understanding at the end of the lesson. (Let them be tested and not forget what was taught that day.)

3. Finally, whoever completes both topics will receive candy from me.

                    Evaluation of teachers in Indonesia There will be an assessment in every lesson that is taught.
